Reduce - Reuse - Recycle

We try to do our bit, and recycle as much as we can.  From ensuring all bottles and rubbish are sorted correctly to picking flowers from our garden each day for garnishes rather than buying them in and re using citrus we have juiced. Take this cocktail in the photo for example.
The orange - it may have been turning, most people would throw this away, we have cut out any blemishes and dehydrated it for a garnish, we also do this with citrus ends rather than throwing them away.
The lavender - it's grown in our Harewood garden, once a year we harvest it and dry it. We do this every year and use the petals in cocktails + as a garnish.
The shrub - when fruit is in abundance we get loads in from our gardens, local suppliers and friends. It gets turned in to preserves, jellies and in this case a shrub for using throughout the year when the fruit is not available/ in season.
